This Red hook-up wire is non-halogenated and fully recyclable. The hook-up wire contains no heavy metal pigments and meets the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) requirements. The unique insulation a modified polyphenylene ether (mPPE) thermoplastic has smaller diameter and lower specific gravity than an equivalent PVC hook-up wire.
