Chroma 63210 Programmable DC Electronic Load 14.5 kW
With the Chroma 63210 many regulatory tests for power electronics are fast and easy to do.
Chroma's 63200 series of programmable electronic loads are designed for a wide variety of dc power
conversion products including; DC power sources, battery chargers, server power supplies, dc-dc converters, batteries and many others
The AC power source equips with all powerful features such as:
- High power rating
- Parallel and synchronization capabilities
- Can sink rated current down to 1VDC even under the highest specified rise time (well suited for low voltage/high current applications)
The 63200 series offers 12 different models with power ranges from 2600 watts to 15600 watts, currents from 50A to 1000A and operating voltages from 0 to 1000V. By paralleling modules very large systems can be assembled existing 93.6kW.
Four operating modes provide different load simulation methods designed for various applications. The CC/CR modes are designed to test constant voltage power supplies and converters. Rapid changes in loads can be simulated up to 20 kHz.
With the built-in sensors the voltage current, power and the resistance of the DC load can be measured. With front LCD displays and rotary knob, the DC load can be used for bench top operation. The 63200 series DC loads can be also controlled remotely via Users are GPIB or RS-232 interface or with a USB adapter.
With the Softpanel software these DC loads are easily programmed and tests can be made with versatile load modes.
