Gas soldering iron
With Pyropen you can solder without electricity. Pyropen is well suited for maintenance in hard to reach places. Soldering tip heats by flameless burning. Butane oxidates when going through hot catalyser. Wide tip selection allows a variety of usage. The temperature can be adjusted accurately by altering the flow of gas. Soldering iron is also suited for inert gas type soldering and works as a heater in hard soldering. Heating time is only a few seconds.
Pyropen Junior is the smallest gas soldering iron from Weller. Included is a 0.5 mm peak soldering tip (71-01-01) and an aluminum cover. Temperature range while soldering is +400 ... +500 °C. Accessories available are four soldering tips of and two hot air tips of different sizes.
