FormFactor Cascade MPS150
MPS150 is easy to use, but still highly accurate manual probe station. It will fit wafers and substrates, that are max. 150 mm high. The device supports multiple applications and options. Its modular and flexible structure enables configuration and system individualization to meet application requirements and when the level of requirements grow, one can update the same device all over again. MPS150 can be integrated seamlessly with 3rd party instruments, such as SIGMA™ -series.
